Which New Jersey communities does MRC serve?

We are based in Westfield and serve Summit, Short Hills, Chatham, Madison, Scotch Plains, Cranford, Mountainside, Millburn, Mendham and nearby communities in Union, Essex and Morris counties. Our focus is significant residential construction and renovation.

Can MRC consider a project outside the towns listed?

Share the property location and intended scope. We evaluate the project and the practical requirements of serving it before confirming a fit. A town list is a starting point, not a substitute for discussing your particular project.

Should I contact a builder before the local approval process begins?

Early construction input can help your design team evaluate scope, budget and feasibility. Your architect and project team should also identify which municipal reviews apply to the property. These are coordinated planning steps rather than decisions to leave until the plans are finished.
