Let’s Talk About Your Home Renovation or Custom Home

Planning a whole-home renovation, addition or custom home in Westfield or the surrounding New Jersey communities? Tell us about your vision. We’ll help identify the right next step.

We specialize in custom homes, substantial renovations and additions. Kitchen, bathroom and finish upgrades are typically part of a larger residential project rather than standalone services.

Our team at Michael Robert Construction will review your inquiry and reach out to discuss project fit, priorities and next steps. When appropriate, we’ll arrange an on-site consultation.

01Your Home & Project

Where is your home?
What are you considering?
Do you own the property?

02Design, Investment & Timing

Have you begun architectural design?
Anticipated construction investment

Your anticipated construction budget, excluding architectural and design fees and furnishings. A range is enough; we can help you understand the other project costs.

Would you like interior design incorporated?

Ellie Mroz Design can collaborate with MRC on construction-related design, finish selections, furnishings and installation — or join a project for selected services. Working with your own designer? We welcome that collaboration.

Questions About Starting a Home Project

What information should I include with my project inquiry?

Share the property location, the changes you are considering and your timing goals. Include drawings if you have them and an investment range if you have established one. A short explanation of what is not working in the home is often as helpful as a list of rooms.

Can I contact MRC before I know my renovation budget?

Yes. Tell us what you know and what is still open. We can discuss the scale of work you are considering and the information needed to evaluate it. You do not need to invent a precise budget before having an informed conversation.

Do I need architectural plans before contacting MRC?

No. MRC Design-Build is available when you need a coordinated planning path. If you already have an architect or plans, include that information so we can discuss construction with your existing team.

What happens after I submit my project inquiry?

We review the location, scope and priorities to determine whether the project is a fit. If it is, we discuss the appropriate next step and what information would be useful. The path depends on whether you are beginning design or bringing an existing team and plans.
