MRC & Ellie Mroz Design on George to the Rescue

Donated design and construction for New Jersey families, with NBC.

George to the Rescue is an NBC program that renovates homes for families chosen by the show. Mike and Ellie have worked on four of its New Jersey projects, donating Michael Robert Construction’s building services and Ellie Mroz Design’s design services. The families, the selection and the program are NBC’s; the construction and the interiors were ours.

  • Work, Play, Grow

    South Plainfield, NJ

    A basement reworked into usable living and play space on one floor.

  • Room in an Edison, NJ community renovation, with blue built-in cubbies and a window bench over red storage bins, a herringbone floor and a planked vaulted ceiling

    Edison, NJ

    A home recording and practice studio built for a young musician.
