Shadowlawn Drive Exterior Storage

For the accessory structures of Shadowlawn, built together by husband/wife general contractor/interior designer Mike Mroz and Ellie Mroz, the theme of merging luxe, functional and fun with classic design and materials continued. The West Coast style garage features space for a workshop, putting green, and a gar bar (garage bar) for an additional casual entertaining space. The shed provides convenient access from the carport for garbage, or to easily grab a bike for an impromptu neighborhood ride. And of course, all of the materials, including ship lap and cedar roofing, were carefully chosen to match those of the main home.
